1. What areas do you cover? 

We proudly clean in and around Exminster, Topsham and Exeter.

2. How much does a cleaner cost?

We tailor our home cleaning prices inline with your specific needs and requirements. As a guide we can provide regular home cleaning for as little as £30 per visit and one-off cleans from £75.

3. Am I tied into a contract when I hire a cleaner? 

No, when you hire a domestic cleaner from us you are not tied into a contract and will not be asked to sign anything when you use our home services. You can cancel the services at any time, if your circumstances change, and it also allows you to try us for a period of time to determine that we are the best fit for you.

We also provide our Estuary Cleaning Services Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our cleans. Our Guarantee means there is absolutely no risk when you book our cleaning services and you can be comfortable that you will receive the service that you deserve.

4. How will I make a payment?

We are happy for a customer to pay by the following methods to make sure that it is as easy as possible for you:

  • Cash on the day
  • Bank transfer or Direct Debit – we will advise you of the bank details on request

Just let us know how you would prefer to pay and we will be happy to accommodate.

Invoices: As standard we would always email an invoice to you for each week that work has been undertaken by Estuary Cleaning Service  to allow you to keep a record of the work we have done.

5. Is there anything you don’t do?

At the moment we don’t undertake the following cleaning:

  • Carpet cleaning
  • Deep oven cleaning
  • Exterior window cleaning

As we grow we are looking to add these services to our range.

6. Do I need to be in when you clean?

No, you don’t need to be in the house when we clean. Many of our customers work long hours and would prefer for the cleaning to be completed when they are out of the house.

In these circumstances we are happy to communicate by phone, text or email to organise things. We are fully insured to allow us to take care of a customer’s keys if you require us to clean whilst you are out of the house.

This way when you get home from a hard day at work you will come home to a sparkling home – what better way to end the day!
